Return and exchange policy for Sharqiats store - Sharqiats Return: You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the order. The item must be in its original condition and unused, with all packaging and the invoice. Return fee: 35 Saudi Riyals deducted from the refunded amount. The amount will be refunded after deducting the return fee and according to the original payment method within 5 working days. Exchange: You can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order. The item must be intact and in its original condition, with all packaging and the invoice. Exchange fee: 54 Saudi Riyals including delivery and replacement. The replacement item will be sent after receiving and inspecting the original product. The exchange is only once, and thereafter exchanges or returns are not accepted. Important notes: The return and exchange policy do not include discounted products or products purchased during promotional offers unless otherwise stated. The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the above conditions are not met.
